Our Story
Our journey began in 2006 with the launch of MyLoanBiz, the first OEM application on the AppExchange. Salesforce ISV technology was brand-new, and the documentation was sparse, so we had to teach ourselves everything through trial and error. We quickly established a reputation for building high-quality apps, and Salesforce began asking us to share our best practices with others in the community. In 2009, we shifted our focus to designing and developing commercial AppExchange apps for Salesforce partners and incorporated under the name Appiphony to become one of the first product development outsourcers (PDOs) in the Salesforce ecosystem.
This new venture allowed us to hone our skills around Salesforce native OEM apps, composite ISVforce apps, and, most recently, B2C cartridges. Along the way, we constantly iterated on our process and pushed the boundaries of excellent user experience design on the Salesforce platform. This commitment to quality and ease of use helped us build our reputation as a leading PDO, eventually resulting in funding from Salesforce Ventures.
Never complacent, we saw an opportunity to bring our own AppExchange apps to market based on the challenges we experienced integrating third-party services in our own Salesforce org. As a result, we created Drive Connect, a Salesforce and Google Drive integration, with other apps soon following. We quickly realized that the unique expertise gained from this aspect of our business allowed us to share new, valuable insights with both our customers and the greater Salesforce community, further establishing ourselves as leaders in the marketplace.
Whether developing one of our AppExchange Apps or creating a solution tailored specifically for your company, our mission remains consistent:
To build easy-to-use Salesforce AppExchange Apps.
We hope we have the opportunity to serve you,
- George Kenessey, CEO @ Appiphony
